Hi all and Happy New Year!

it’s been a busy past two weeks or so. The”elves” have been busy posting lots of new stuff.

Carol finished abstracting and posting the brief bios of the Blair County, Pa. Veterans of the War of 1812. You can find them by Clicking Here.

I recently posted a listing of cemeteries for Columbia and Motour counties.

The following are a couple of good historic articles on the early Indian wars and on the Lower Merion area of Montgomery county.

Shirley has posted some old cemetery transcriptions, lots of great information.

Shirley abstracted all the death, marriages and other great genealogy material from the 1848 issues of the Democratic Banner from Clearfield
