Twelve dollars and sixty three cents; being the purchase-money, and interest, due this day to the commonwealth, as stated by the Secretary of the Land Office, on 4 acres 90 perches part of 483 acres and 49 perches of land situate in Bethel township, Berks county, surveyed on a warrant in the name of Leonard Fake dated the 12th day of January 1787 and ten dollars for the patent fees; amounting, together to Twenty two dollars and sixty three cents; for which I have signed duplicate receipts.
