Reedy. The first reunion of the Reedy family of Berks and Lebanon
counties was held in 1908, near Millbach, Lebanon Co., Pa. Jonathan B.
Reedy, aged seventy-three years, is one of the leading spirits in the
movement to have regular annual gatherings. No regular officers have
been elected thus far.
William Reedy, father of Jonathan B., married Maria Bensing and they
had five children, namely: George, Annie (m. Henry Engelhart),
Catharine (m. Jonathan Strauss), Samuel and Jonathan B., the last named
only surviving.
