George Berger and Miss Katharina Boltz married on the 16th February 1833 by Pastor Fritz Herman.

George Berger, widower, and the widow Maria Margaretha Feick (nee Fuchs) married on the 12th January 1861 by Pastor G. Schmidt.

George Berger, widower, and the widow Maria Balthasar married on the 24th February 1870 by Benj. D. Zweizig.

My first wife, Catharine Berger nee Boltz, died on the 12th October 1859. Age: 42 years, 4 months, 2 days.

My second wife, Maria Margreth Berger, nee Fuchs, died on the 24th September 1869. Age: 53 years, 7 months, 2 days.

Page 3 identifies the parents of George Berger and the parents of his first wife

Johan George Berger, son of Christian Berger and his wife Sallie, nee Reber, was born on the 24th September 1810 in Upper Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania and was baptized by the Reverend Meyer, witnessed by Tobias Berger and his wife, and was confirmed at 15 years of age by Pastor Thomas Leinbach in the Lutheran reformed church in Bernville, PA.

My wife, Catharina Berger, daughter of John Boltz and his wife Elizabeth, nee Potteiger, was born on the 17th June 1817 in Upper Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania and was baptised by Pastor Hiester, witnessed by Catharina Albrecht.
