Last will and testament for William H. Herron (1822-1854)

I William H. Herron of Franklin township Armstrong County and State of
Pennsylvania being of sound minds and disposing memory but having been for
some time indisposed and in bad health and considering the uncertainty of this
life do hereby declare and publish this my last will and testament hereby
(revoking all former wills by me made)

First I direct that all my funeral expenses be paid out of my estate ___
that all my just debts be paid out of my estate

Item third

After my funeral expenses and all my just debts are paid I give and
bequeath all the balance of my estate Real and personal and mixed to my
brother Robert R. Herron his heirs or assigns to have and to hold the same
as full and entire as I myself could. And I also direct that my said
brother Robert R. Herron shall pay to my brother Thomas Herron one hundred
and twenty five dollars out of the estate I have bequeathed to him.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the ____day of
_______ AD_____.

Signed sealed and declared by the said William H. Herron to be his last
Will and testament this ___day of ____ AD ___ in presence of us.

Armstrong County S.S

Before me the registrar for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of
administration in and for said county personally came Hamilton Bridges and
Andrew Milliken the subscribers witnessed the above Will who being duly sworn
as the Law directs doth depose and say that they were present and saw and
heard the testator Wm. H. Herron sign, seal, publish, and declare the above
will or instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that
at the time of his or doing he the said testator was of perfect and sound
mind, memory to the best of their knowledge and belief. Sworn and subscribed
before me this 11th day of March 1854.
