A single graved located along Job Corps Road near the intersection
with Dead Man Corners Road.

There is a wooded cross with the surname Turner engraved on it along with
military Veteran flag holder.

An area resident told us that the individual who is buried there was a
“peddler” and was murdered.  When the body was found he was buried at the
place that his body was found.  A search of census records for the surname
of Turner for this area in 1870 finds:

Nathan Turner born about 1811 in New York.  No further record of him
was found.
