ADAM BYERLY of Mount Pleasant Township, Westmoreland Co, PA 21 Jan 1835

To my wife ELIZABETH 60 dollars yearly during her natural life to be raised out of my estate, the privilege of two rooms in my present house, I further give her the store room and one adjoining one so long as she lives, I give to my wife also one cow, I give to my wife as many of my beds as she may chose and as much household and kitchen furniture as she may choose. To my son GEORGE the plantation on which he now resides containing 153 acres & 16 purches, I give to my son SAMUEL the plantation on which I now live 174 acres & 99 purches and allowance by him paying unto the other heirs 100 dollars in payments of 25 dollars annually until the said 100 dollars are paid up, I give to my son ADAM the plantation on which he now resides 146 acres and 9 purches and allowance, I further give to my son ADAM 500 dollars more in money part of which he has already received by me paying his debts, I give to my daughter SUSANNAH COVER 600 dollars including what she has already received , I give to my daughter MARY FELGER 600 dollars including what she has already received, I give to my daughter ELIZABETH ROADMAN 600 dollars including what she has already received, I give to my daughter CATHARINE 600 dollars including what she has already received, I give to my grandson ADAM COVER 50 dollars, I give to my grandson JOHN COVER 50 dollars. My tavern stand in the Town of Donegal I will that my executors sell after my wifes decease.

Appoints PETER GAY and JOHN GAY executors.
