C. starting June 24, 1863 per Special Order No. 149. Headquarters, Department of War. Mustered out July 18, 1865 at Washington, D. C. 

Other Information: Member of GAR Post # 91 (Abraham Lincoln) in Chicago, IL died January 26, 1905.
