He was mustered out July19, 1865 at Washington, DC; he was absent at the muster out.   

Appliedfor a pension December 10, 1876, Application No. 228,824, Certificate No.151,895; died January 24, 1901; his widow applied for a pension, Application No.735,195, Certificate No. 527,962
