Village of Taterville
Goshen Township
Clearfield County PA

(Submitted by Gloria Gloss)

Taterville was named by Kenneth Maines in the early 1980's in honor of Daniel Lee Tater Condon, an original member of the Pioneer Camp, established in 1922. The camp was, in the beginning, a one room school house located along the Caledonia Pike in Goshen township. The Caladonia Pike was once a stagecoach route.
