There is one church building standing in Ferguson Twp. it being the Zion Baptist Church located on Marron Road in the village of Marron. Built in 1883 ? it is not in use as a place of worship but is maintained in good repair by the owners of the property. It was part of a 4 church circuit founded in the 1850's by Samuel Miles who is buried on the Zion Cemetery in Jordan Twp.
A Presbyterian Church building stood 1/2 mile north of Kerrmoor on the east side of Rt. 729 and became part of the above 4 church circuit. It was dismantled in the mid 1980's.
