Beulah Cemetery
Murrysville, Westmoreland County, PA
(Formerly Franklin Township)

This is a small, very old cemetery located on Pleasant Valley Road. Take Route 22 East to Murrysville, then turn onto Trafford Road about a quarter of a mile, then turn left onto Pleasant Valley Road. The cemetery is about 2 - 3 miles farther down on the left side of the road (the PA Turnpike lies next to this section of Pleasant Valley Road). The cemetery grass is in very good condition. An elderly gentleman told me that he cuts it a few times a year. The cemetery interments ceased in the mid 1950's. Most of the interments date back to the early 1800's. Many of the stones are either broken, partially, or totally unreadable. Transcribed on May 22, 2005.

Reader's please note: Names that appear on the same stone are not separated by a blank line. Surnames appear in capital letters.
