Camp Run School - going back toward Kregar on rt. 381.  When you get to the narrow, one-lane bridge on a curve where Horner's Mill used to be, there is a dirt road that turns right.  We always called that dirt road the Larimer Road.  You go back that road and start up the hill.  Partway up the hill on the right where there is a little clearing was the Camp Run School.  Finding the clearing could be difficult as it's small.  (thanks David Harrold)

Fountain School - was located at the corner of Rt. 381 and Camp Run Road.  This school also went by the name of Wildcat School.

Miller School - located in the mountains above Kregar heading towards Kuhntown. The road doesn't go by it. You have to walk back to it. It's hard to find.   (thanks David Harrold)

Mt Hope School - was located at the headwaters of Roaring Run near the Ferguson-Nedrow Cemetary near the top of the mountain, off Fire Tower Road.

Nedrow School - stood past the cemetery where the McKenna Trail branches off from the Nedrow Road. The Nedrow School was log. It was used as a church, too. Later, the Dasdorffs lived there.

  Franklin Public School
