Fairfield Township, Westmoreland County, PA. Searching for information on James E. STEVENS / STEPHENS and his wife, Sarah [-m?-]STEVENS / STEPHENS (maiden name unknown); my great-great grandparents.
James E. STEVENS was born in 1812 somewhere in PA; he died in 1877 in Union Twp., Adams Co., IN. His wife, Sarah [-m?-] STEVENS was born in 1810 somewhere in PA; Sarah died in 1879 in Adams Co., IN. They were married circa 1829 - 1830 somewhere in PA,(Westmoreland County?). Need names of birthplaces; marriage place; parents; siblings, etc.
They migrated from Fairfield Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA to Union Twp., Adams Co., IN about 1847 - 1848. They were the parents of twelve (12)children: Louisa; Jane; Mary A.; John McQuarter; George W.; Hugh; William; Hannah (the first child to be born in IN); Arron (Aaron); Harriet; James and Tillie STEVENS.
Descendants live in OH, IN, MI, NV, NC, CA, and elsewhere.

I am looking for information on the Chew family history. My grandfather, Robert Paul Chew was born in 1911 and I know the name of two of twelve siblings, Howard and James. I believe they lived near Herminie #2. I would like any info about siblings, or his parents. Also Mahlon Woolard, Signa (Carlson?) Agnes Woolard possibly from Irwin.

Info on John SHUSTER, wife Susannah BONHAM, born c. 1785, PA?, died 9 Feb 1841, Morgan Co, OH, father Garrett SHUSTER. I have info on descendants but would like more on ancestry. 14 children were born, most were christened at First Lutheran Church, Greensburg, Westmoreland Co. Also John SHAFER, wife Anna, born 15 Feb 1780. Lived in Westmoreland or Washington Co, PA 1818-about 1820.
