Biography
Levi Francis was born 16 April 1828 near West Newton in Westmoreland Co, both his mother and father died when he was quite young and he was raised by Oliver Bouvard. Levi married Mary Funk (daughter of Henry and Margaret Price Funk) in early 1850. They had the following children: Margaret, Charles, Eva, Henry Oliver, Mary, George and Lizzie B. Mary died on 29 Jul 1870 and later Levi re- married to Mary Ann Woodward. They had the following children. Arthur, Joseph, Nellie and Wallace. Levi died on 7 Jan 1917 in Uniontown, Fayette Co, PA
