To find it go to Jones Mill, on RT 31 go 4 1/2 miles from Rt 711 intersection, to top of long hill. Turn right onto Fire Tower Rd. at Laurel Ridge State Park sign. Go 1 mile and turn right. Continue past the Ferguson - Nedrow Cemetery. Continue about1 mile to monument on right about 100 feet off road. This is a rough dirt Forbs State Forest road Monument is four sided and pointed, about 4 feet high, and on a base.
