Proved and filed July 10, 1923

In the name of God, Amen. I John M Weiss of Washington Township Northampton   County, PA Being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding do   hereby make, publish, and declare this my last will and testament in manner   following, I order and direct that my body be decently buried and according   to the rites of the Christian Church and all my past dbts and funeral   expenses be fully paid by my executors hereinafter named out of my estate as   soon as may be conveniently done after my death. I give unto my beloved   wife, Mary, all my property, Real, Personal or mixed where soever the same   may be at the time of my decease so long as she bears my name and widowhood   and after such widowhood by remarriage or death then I order my executors to   dispose of my property by public or private sale as my executors deem but I   also give my wife and my executors the privilege to sell my property at   anytime should they think it necessary to do so for the support of my wife   and family. The remainder of my estate I order to be distributed amongst my   heirs as follows, share and share alike. George V Weiss, Russel Weiss, John   M Weiss, Bell Wasser, and Mary Strunk and the heirs of Elmer Weiss to have   on half share and the heirs of Delinda Palmer to have one half share. I   hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my sons George V Weiss, Russell   Weiss and John M Weiss my executors of this my last will and testament   giving full power and authority to make any deed or deeds in as full and   legal manner as I could do if living and present. In witness whereof I,   John M. Weiss, the testator, have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth   day of July AD 1918.
