George Kuhnley to Isaac Cable 

This Indenture made the 5th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and sixty nine Between George Kuhnley and Catherine his wife of
Henderson Township Jefferson County Pennsylvania of the first part and Isaac
Cable of the same Township, County and State, of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Thirty Three Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of American
unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt ____ is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained sold aliened _____ released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien ___ release convey
and confirm with the said party of the second part thei heirs and afsigns, all
that certain piece or parcel of land situated in Henderson Township, Jefferson
County, beginning at corner along John Boyer land thence by said Boyer land
East to a post thence by land of B____ South one hundred and sixty perches to
a post thence by lands of Godfrey Zeitler and others West one hundred and
twenty perches to a Hemlock and thence North containing one hundred acres
being part of a larger tract of land surveyed in warrant to Timothy Pickering
and others A__ 540 and patented to William Johnston by patent bearing date the
10th day of January 1836 recorded in Patent Book H Vol 38 page 424, the title
to which by the death of the said William Johnston has become vested in his
heirs. Together with all and singular the privileges, improvements, ways
waters, water-courses rights liberties privileges hereditments and appurtances
whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the ___ and
remaining, rents ____ and profits thereon, To Have and to Hold the said
described piece or parcel of land hereditments and premises hereby granted or
mentioned and intended as to be with the appurtances unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and afsigns to and for the only proper use benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and afsigns
forever. Ant the said parties of the first part their heirs, executors and
administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to act and the
said party of the second part his heirs and afsigns that they the said parties
of the first part his heirs all ___ ____ the hereditments ___ ____ ____ ____
____ ___ _ the apprutances ____ the said party of the second part his heirs
and afsigns against _____ the said parties of the first part and their heirs
and against all and every other persons whomsoever ________ _____ _______
