Eugene F. Throop in his book Forest County, Pennsylvania Cemetery Inscriptions says the following about this cemetery:

Norcross Cemetery -- Howe Township--Located directly behind the Watson Family Cemetery about three hundred yards under two large trees are two tombstones reading "Father" and "Mother".  They are on the property of Mr Clarence Alfred Robinson and he told me that they marked the graves of a couple named Norcross who died many years ago.

A search of the Federal Census records for Howe Township revealed a Samuel Norcross in the 1870 census age 65 and born in England.  There was a Margret Crawford age 46 living with him listed as a housekeeper born in England.  In the 1860 census there is a S. H. Norcross age 53 living in Tionesta.
