DOLLINGER, KUGLER posted by Steve Kugler on Saturday, February 1, 1997

Hi all, looking for information on the DOLLINGER and KUGLER families. My parents are Bud and Alice Kugler of Kersey. I've traced Moms' family back to Germany in the 1700's; but only on her grandmothers side. Her grandfathers side stopped with her grandfather Jacob Dollinger. I have nothing on the Dollinger line after that. As for the Kugler lineage; just don't have anything. I'm in the process of obtaining parish records and such; but any information from you folks would be greatly appreciated.

CREAMER, KRAMER, WANK posted by Pat Spleen on Saturday, February 1, 1997

I am searching for the family of my great grandmother, Anna Kremer. Anna was born in Williamsville, and lived her young life in Johnsburg I believe. She was born on August 8,1862, I believe her parents names were John Kremer, and Catherine Wank Kremer. Anna married my great grandfather, John Spleen in September of 1886. They lived their married life on a farm and ran a lumberyard in Kersey. John died from a fall down stairs, Anna moved to Kane and died there of T.B. in 1904. They left 3 children, the oldest John (my grandfather) was 17, their daughter Florence later became a nun in Seattle, their youngest son Jeremiah was my uncle. The name Pistner comes up in searching but I can not make a connection, I know that Anna had two sisters but know nothing more-- ANY help would be super. Thank You!
