Combination Sandwich Filling
Crumble the yolks of 2 hard boiled eggs and mix with 1 dill pickle and 1/2 can pimentos chopped fine. Beat into the mixture 1 package Neufchatel cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use either graham or white bread.

Parisian Sandwich Filling
1 quart can tomatoes, 1 pound dried beef, 1 pound cream cheese, 2 eggs. Strain tomatoes and cook down until 1 cup remains, grind beef and cheese, add and cook for three minutes. Add eggs well beaten, put on stove and cook to desired consistency, season with pepper when cool. Spread.
